** A FORTUNE 500 FASHION COMPANY IS LOOKING FOR AN EXCEPTIONAL ACCOUNT COORDINATOR FOR THE ONLINE MARKETING TEAM! **

The Account Coordinator will support the Account Manager by performing administrative duties related to planning, directing and coordinating both the seasonal and in-season operational activities of the photography pipeline that supports the online marketing program (calendar). This includes detail-oriented program and project management and professional communication with cross-functional partners.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Supports the Account Manager by planning out and scheduling all team pipeline meetings
• Manage retouch requests, locating assets, organizing assets, asset tracking, folder creation, metadata tagging, watermarking, archiving, documentation
• Tracks all P2M and OMNI milestones in Smartsheet (project management tool), working closely with Traffic team counterparts
• Reviews meeting dates in Smartsheet and cross-references against meetings in Outlook
• Continually monitors pre-season pipeline meetings for scheduling conflicts and updates if necessary
• Updates photoshoot project milestone dates in Smartsheet project masters
• Has a good knowledge of the marketing photography pipeline and its inputs and outputs of the various milestones that comprise it
• Develops and prepares educational material and reports needed for various meetings
• Owner of project data entry into Smartsheet and coordination of monthly photo grid with photo production/styling/marketing/digital production counterparts
• Reconciles Photo grid with Smartsheet and Marketing calendar and briefs
• Has a good knowledge of the terminology used in online marketing projects project kickoff; Works with Studio Manager on project imagery prioritization
• Cross-references promo requests against style numbers of previously shot images (in partnership with Asset Coordinator)

MUST HAVE:
• Ideal Background: asset management, asset coordination, project management, production
• Experience with project management software and project planning
• Experience in Photography Production
• Software Skills: Outlook, Excel, Word, Bridge, Photo Shop, Acrobat, Smartsheet, Capture
• Experience in retail
• Possess a strong attention to detail and a high level of organization to ensure that tasks are completed in a timely manner.
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to interface with all levels of the organization.
• Be comfortable multi-tasking and establishing priority of work.
