Aquent's client is looking for a detail-oriented AB Test Analyst to work a 3 month contract in Minneapolis, MN. (No remote)
This contract position is a key member of the analytics team responsible for providing and communicating analysis for testing, targeting and personalization opportunities on the company website.

Project Description:
The AB Test Analyst works closely with the testing, targeting and personalization team, other web analysts, marketing and business teams to continually optimize web site performance. This person will review browse and purchase behavior, customer feedback, competitive data, and industry trends to develop and analyze testing and targeting opportunities. This person must be a detail oriented strategic thinker with the curiosity to find the “why” behind the data and a drive to be impactful. The position provides the opportunity to work on a wide variety of projects across the Enterprise and exposure to many business teams with the ability to make recommendations for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:
· Contributes to a rapid testing culture driving for improvement to the site and customer experience.
· Is actively involved in all phases of the testing lifecycle including, test design, data quality, test monitoring, analysis and recommendations.
· Ensures all tests begin with a well-crafted hypothesis and have identified clear success metrics designed to answer the hypothesis and test question.
· Works both independently and collaboratively with partners to implement, monitor and analyze AB and multivariate tests.
· Proactively anticipates issues and develops solutions.
· Drives actionable insights from tests and can translate data and statistical information to non-analyst team members.
· Ensure accurate, high quality, statistical analysis of test data. Identify successes, failures and trends across the site and effectively communicate these findings to the organization.
· Measure results against stated objectives. Apply a variety of analysis tools to interpret data and identify key learnings and patterns.
· Actively interacts with internal clients to assess needs, relay insights, and make recommendations based on those insights.
· Monitor quality of analysis to continually improve personal output and that of the department. Build influence with business and project teams while championing the needs of the customer and the online channel.
· Complete ad-hoc projects as requested by manager.
· Routinely QAs own work to high quality standards and ensures integrity of the data.
· Provide guidance and mentoring to others in the department, particularly analysts.
· Participates in process development and team building activities.
