Our client is seeking a talented Marketing Manager to support their Marketing Department. This is a 15-month onsite contract in San Diego. As part of the Global Partner Marketing team, this person is supporting the development and advancement of co-marketing programs with select global carriers. A key area of focus is the development of comprehensive retail training materials. Additionally, this role will manage training content curation and enhancement for internal sales teams. This role requires close collaboration and coordination across internal stakeholders, including Technical Marketing, Product Marketing, Carrier Sales, and regional marketing.

Responsibilities:
Developing a new retail training vision, strategy, and plan Evaluating existing training programs and infrastructure and leveraging where appropriate. Working with internal teams in breaking down complex technical messaging into concise RSA language.

Selecting and managing training agencies to help develop content creating a strategy for integration of training materials into industry platforms such as CyberScholar. Evaluating global training best practices and making recommendations to the business on ideal content format (video, PPT, flash, etc) and delivery method (online, mobile, face-to-face, etc).

Working with regional marketing teams on developing content that is relevant for their respective market. A key focus is on China, Western Europe, and the Americas. Be the go-to person for all training related questions globally. There are no multiple hierarchy layers of training managers. Youre it!

Skills/Experience:
Must have experience developing training modules - must understand retail training. 8+ years of relevant global marketing experience. Strong expertise in developing training content required. Experience working with mobile operators. Preferred experience includes retail, consumer electronics, and mobile communications is a plus.

Outstanding Project Management skills; A team player with strong relationship building skills; Understanding of global consumer markets; Strong attention to detail; Flexible with the ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

Education:
Bachelor's Degree
Masters Degree Preferred
