As part of Google’s Real Estate and Workplace Services organization, our team designs, implements and manages innovative workplace services and programs that help keep Googlers happy, healthy and productive and make our company the best place to work around the globe -- spanning food, fitness, massage, corporate housing, analytics, real estate planning and more. Things happen quickly at Google, and to succeed here you'll need to be able to combine creativity with the organizational and analytical skills to manage numerous different projects to tight deadlines simultaneously -- a self-starter who can work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders and isn't frightened to try out new ways of doing things.

As a REWS Marketing Generalist, you’ll be working closely with a variety of internal teams, vendor partners, and external stakeholders to bring knowledge resources to life through innovative visual storytelling strategies and graphics design tools. Through the marketing strategies you develop and the projects you execute, you’ll be helping to create and deliver experiences that support employees in being at their best while contributing to client culture.

Responsibilities:
Develop and execute innovative graphics design tasks that bring REWS’ knowledge resources and data to visual life as part of an integrated marketing program. Work closely with internal stakeholders on the development, build out and maintenance of visual branding & design tools and support processes.
Provide graphics design support on and/or lead ongoing marketing & communications processes, initiatives and projects, including a variety of internal and external presentations (decks to business leadership, external conference presentations, internal All Hands, etc), program signage and video editing/production responsibilities.
Use both new and existing data to provide quantitative and qualitative insights that demonstrate the effectiveness of our programming, communications and engagement, as well as overall stakeholder satisfaction.

Minimum Qualifications:
BA/BS degree in Marketing, Communications, or other relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in consulting or managing relevant projects in a marketing or communications function.

Preferred Qualifications:
Outstanding communication skills that capture client's voice and cultural values across a range of channels and mediums; demonstrated experience in producing communications materials, particularly presentation design and editing.
Experience working with brand marketing strategy and development. Experience rolling out and deploying marketing materials across a global organization.
Experience activating projects, programs, and/or marketing and brand strategies in a diverse global landscape.
Advanced level of proficiency in CS3 skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design, Dreamweaver, Flash), Client Sites as well as video editing/production expertise
Ability to create effective relationships, influence and collaborate internally and externally at all organizational levels.
Track record of effectively managing and delivering against multiple projects simultaneously in very fast-moving environment.
Excellent project management skills, attention to detail and strong analytics.
Understanding and knowledge of industry trends and direction.
