We are looking for an individual who not only “does” social, but “lives” social.

The ubiquity of social media networks and tools has greatly impacted the relationship between brands and consumers. The marketing team is no longer the sole owner of the brand message, a role now shared with end consumers.

With the emergence and adoption of review sites, blogs, status updates, video creation, micro-blogging and more, consumers have a myriad of ways to share their immediate thoughts about a brand or brand experience. An individual experience with a brand can have a wide-reaching impact on potential consumers and search engine rankings.

The social media marketing solutions are customizable based on the individual needs of our clients, but structured to achieve results no matter where our clients are in the evolution of their social media marketing efforts. Our social media services include social media competitive audits, social media monitoring and analysis, social media advertising, the development of social media strategies, and the optimization of content within the social landscape to increase brand visibility and strengthen our clients’ social connections through engagement.

Role overview

• Direct client contact in pitches, presentations, training sessions, and day to day management
• Brand reputation management and PR crisis mitigation
• Identifying and conducting appropriate research, deliver solid interpretation of data, write basic research briefs; translate information into compelling insight for client, creative and performance marketing teams
• Provide strategic listening, insight, planning and execution across new and emerging trends and technologies
• Working closely with content strategists and SEO strategists to ensure social ideas are in sync with the overall SEO strategy, as well as driving the implementation of these ideas for our clients
• Inform and advise content strategists on production and placement of compelling social content for maximum shareability
