We are looking for 4 x freelance / ad hoc Mid-Senior Creatives/360 Integrated Designers who will be called into our client as and when their team are extremely short staffed or have an increase in workload.

You will be working with the Content Advertising Team (part of an internal Creative team) - working with marketing, T2 and 360 campaigns for on and off air.

The Team

The team is an award winning, highly creative, busy and exciting department. They are an internal creative agency, supporting the whole business - both the platform and the network of channels, providing creative and design solutions on-air, off-air and for convergent media. They pride themselves on the commercial quality of their output across their on-air, off-air and online areas including: channel branding, programme packaging and promotions & commercials.

The Role

The ‘Creative’ is responsible for demonstrating excellent idea generation and 360 thinking, with the ability to create compelling creative solutions for on-air and all channel and client demands across their Sports & News channels.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the 360-degree creative on promotional campaigns for TV, Digital and Print that are original, effective and made to the highest possible creative standards
• Apply rigor to all creative output ensuring it is of the highest quality, on brand, meets objectives and conforms to the brief's requirements
• Demonstrate a good understanding of social trends and how to effectively integrate them into creative and design solutions
• Prepare and present first-rate pitch documents with well researched support material
• Direct the filming of original material or research the most appropriate achieve footage or content to produce effective solutions to briefs.
• Have good leadership skills and develop strong working relationships with team members
• Work closely with other craft personnel, briefing them effectively to produce the required material
• Constantly strive toward continuous improvement in all output/performance on a team and individual basis.


The successful candidate will be a brilliant creative with a passion for Sport and News. We are looking for an individual with an excellent track record in the production of TV promotions, commercials, print or digital media. You must have the ability to translate brand and marketing campaigns into engaging TV, digital and print creative and demonstrate an in-depth understanding of current marketing principles, with up-to-date knowledge of the media environment and the latest production technologies. With an understanding of 360 campaigns and deliverables, you will be a strong communicator, with the ability to organise, prioritise and schedule work assignments, setting high creative standards and transform creative ideas into highly effective campaigns.
