360 Marketing Project Manager

The Integrated 360 Marketing Project manager will play an integral role in developing sales and marketing strategies.
The position combines creative, big idea/platform creation, strategic planning, internal and external relationship building, and strong organizational and project management skills.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Work with internal depts. (digital, editorial, social media, production, etc.) and Sales to develop and present integrated opportunities across the landscape to maximize sponsorship and ad revenue
• Creation and presentation of new sales, brand and marketing materials
• Develop 360 Integrated marketing campaigns in collaboration with internal teams
• Work with sales team on RFP responses and pro-active pitches
• Development and management of key third party relationships for the purposes of research, content distribution and joint sales efforts
• Ongoing involvement in key initiatives beyond day-to-day responsibilities as assigned by Integrated Marketing and sales directors and VPs.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree
• Bilingual in Spanish & English is highly preferred
• Must have experience working with the TV, Media, Advertising Agency, or Entertainment industry
• 5+ years relevant experience in a digital integrated marketing role
• Advanced skills in PPT and Excel
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Detail oriented with the ability to handle multiple projects at once
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment while keeping calm
