A premier vodka of New York City is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to blog, content generation, design, project manager, etc. They are open to someone straight out of school or with minimal experience!

The client is a new line of vodka products offered in three tiers according to how many times each product is distilled (6, 7, or 8 times). All products are Alpha Grade Vodka, distilled from wheat, and quartz filtered. Vodkas are produced in Uzbekistan by the venerable Tashkentvino distillery, founded in 1867.

Our company is growing fast and as we launch a hungry and tough marketing coordinator is needed for administrative and organizational tasks. This person should be ready for a fast paced constantly morphing work environment with ever changing roles and responsibilities. An ideal coordinator will have zeal for all things marketing and want to take on any task while simultaneously juggling a variety of duties.

You will need to be a born content creator, a stickler for aesthetic, and have an eye for design. If you love in-taking, screening, and curating content then you might be the person for this job.

Marketing Coordinator Job Responsibilities: Assisting team members with day to day marketing tasks and coordinating marketing projects and activities as requested. These task will include the following...

 Generate and source content for media platforms
 Maintain and upkeep all marketing
 Set up tracking systems for marketing campaigns and online activities.
 Keeps promotional materials ready by coordinating requirements with graphics department; inventorying stock; placing orders; verifying receipt.
 Coordinate meetings and pertinent material with agency partners and prospects
 Polish and ensure social media activity and content production. Facilitate a cohesive multi-platform presence
 Monitor budgets and maintain up to date files
 Amalgamate spirits industry trade news, and bleeding edge marketing practices
 Assisting with the production of artwork, sourcing images, print buying and checking copy
 Plans trade shows by
o calendars, PM Systems, media plans/status
o identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements; establishing contacts; developing schedules and assignments; coordinating check lists

Requirements of the role:
 Able to work full time
 Ability to work effectively under pressure and to tight deadlines.
 Thrives in an ambiguous and ever-changing environment
 Patience and perseverance
 Competence with MS Office suite

Preferred Experience
 1-2 years’ experience at a marketing or advertising agency
 Competence with Adobe Creative suite and Adobe Photoshop is a big plus
 Competence with Trello, Google Drive, Dropbox, Hootsuite
 Experience in the spirits industry
