Should understand naming and branding and take into account how words will support a brand when marketed to the public.
Includes working with the Director of Verbal Identity team and other team members to create strategies and concepts that help clients to solve problems and capture opportunities.
Bring conceptual thinking to life in a compelling way through naming and writing and navigate the complex trademark, linguistic, URL landscape along the way.
As Senior Consultant – Verbal Identity, you will be applying your creative talent to solve clients’ strategic branding needs. You are expected to bring together your innate passion for words and your experience in the business to solve business needs.
・Work with the Director to provide clients with strategic insights as related to naming, statements, verbal identity, and branding in general
・Apply naming, statement, and writing skills to consumer product and corporate branding assignments
・Be a client contact and prepare client presentations in PowerPoint
・ Lead name creation and brainstorming activities
・Understand our clients' businesses and cultures
・Help to build client relationships
・Japanese Native level, Spoken and written English skills
・Minimum 4-5 years in branding, advertising, or related field, either
client or agency-side
・Experience giving direction by writing a creative brief and taking
direction from creative briefs
・Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with different
・Ability to consistently deliver quality creative work, even under
・ B.A. degree, backgrounds of interest include any verbal-focused or
writing- intensive fields (e.g., Linguistics, Creative Writing,
Foreign Languages, Philosophy, etc.)
