Our Client's Mobile Shopping team is looking for a talented site merchandiser to manage online content for large scale multi-tenant web properties and applications. You will manage the content on the US Mobile Home Pages for Mobile App, Mobile Web and Tablet Apps. You will manage the production and placement of content, as well as analyze customer traffic and purchase data to identify, prioritize, and implement engaging, effective merchandising strategies.
The Mobile Site Merchandiser will be capable of handling multiple projects at once; able to deal with ambiguity and rapidly changing priorities; comfortable taking direction but also managing upward; effective working with team members, and leadership from across the company; data-driven; detail-oriented; organized; and motivated to provide a fantastic customer experience.

Specific responsibilities include working with internal and external resources to:
• Optimize plans for seasonality, relevance, and selection
• Plan, develop, and execute compelling site campaigns, maximizing for customer and business value
• Analyze performance of merchandising efforts, always seeking ways to innovate and improve

Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree
• 3-5 years experience designing and executing highly visible online customer experiences
• proficiency with HTML, XML, and Excel

Preferred Qualifications
- Strong communication skills--experience in managing cross-functional teams and communicating to senior management
- Bias for action while effectively prioritizing competing work requests
- Ability to use hard data and metrics to measure the performance of merchandising efforts, determine improvements and innovations, and to support project requests from partner teams
- Aptitude for being organized with flexibility and for delivering results in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to learn our in-house production and analysis tools
