Our client is looking for an experienced, passionate and highly motivated Product Marketing Associate to work on coordinating and executing programs to attract new consumers to their gaming brand.

Team/Department Mission
To excite, energize and grow identified target audiences in EMEA whilst driving programs that lead to adoption of the gaming Platform. To grow and maximize revenue, market share and profit across the region on all lines of the Hardware.

The key success factors in this role include coordinating programs that maximize revenue and attach per SKU and growing sheer install base in the region whilst maintaining target product mix. Driving the Hardware business forward utilizing the EMEA HQ team and the regional Hardware teams to achieve the objectives is critical to the success of this role. Critical to success will be ability to manage Subsidiary liaison with over 20 EMEA Markets to ensure awareness of key releases/ promotions as well as partnering with all relevant global stakeholders.

This position plays a strong role in driving and coordinating the Hardware business, researching business insights and marketing metrics in Europe and involves driving the complete marketing mix with key focuses on marketing coordination of programs, marketing and product insights using data research and coordinating and executing operational tasks.

Key Accountabilities
1. Coordinating Marketing Programs
Full responsibility to drive and execute all marketing programs that are Hardware–related
To coordinate bundle forecasts/programs, drive the operational team and deliver the plan with excellence, coordinate and drive cross-group collaboration and leverage paid for marketing channels in EMEA HQ
Sync with Global HQ and ensure total alignment to plans and priorities
To scenario plan for all outcomes and manage expectations across all groups on execution matters

2. Product and Category Insights
Manage product and category insights from an analysis and coordination point of view
Generate (data mine) and analyse product and category insights from various sources of data, evangelise the learning’s into tangible actions that benefit the business. Work closely with the Business Insights team, add value and leverage work done, whilst identifying gaps and opportunities through your own endeavours

3. Reporting
Manage and generate specific meaningful and insightful sales reports using internal and external tools at your disposal with regard to the Hardware business (Console, Accessories)
Ensure key take aways, trends and learning’s are communicated cross-group and where relevant, tangible actions highlighted to the relevant group and plans forged to seize opportunity or mitigate risk

Drive cross-group collaboration and be the owner of Hardware collaboration and leverage of paid for marketing channels with in EMEA HQ
To challenge the established ways of doing business – and recommend/introduce change management which improves customer and business practices born out of insights

Knowledge, Skills and Experience
Strong business acumen. Must be able to have a full understanding of revenue and numbers and be able to self-generate reports and interpret the key points
Demonstrate the ability to get into the operational detail and drive operational excellence
Experience working with a large team of people – directly or virtually
Good decision maker, with strong planning and organizational skills, ability to manage multiple tasks and be deadline driven
Core marketing skills (effective use of the marketing mix)
Solid relevant marketing experience
Associates Degree, formal marketing qualification
Fully competent on PC with excellent MS Office Skills, power skills in Outlook and especially Excel an advantage
