***3 days part-time (Tuesday - Thursday) - Hours: 8:30-5pm – these hours are fixed.

Group:
- Production services – Creative services team
- Responsible for producing local marketing material (Canada and the US)
- Service all of NA

Project:
- No specific project – primarily “business as usual”
- Adapting templates for brand refresh
- Will be coming in to support the business managers

Day to day:
- Working in a team based setting the role supports the development of content and layout for a wide variety of marketing product templates (creating versions with different copy, images and graphics) as well as providing primary support to lines-of-business.
- User support – monitoring email inboxes and providing support to branch staff – end users
- How to use marketing software
- Template development – using software (marketing) – based on content that has been provided to them - using interfaces to creat PDF files (for web templates).
- Templates – customizable local marketing templates (variable fields) – these will be accessed online by end users and branch staff – branches can access these templates online and create marketing material for their specific location.
- Using design software – licensed software (html to be able to build custom variables) – will be providing training on the specifics of the software
- Excel – compliance and scheduling – spreadsheets for coordinating
- Needs to be able to understand databases and need to have some general exposure to creative software (manipulating files)
- Building images - Indesign, Illustrator, Photoshop – this software is required.

Top 4 skills:
1.) Advanced knowledge and understanding of the following software: Indesign, Illustrator, Photoshop
2.) Problem solving – building simple and intuitive templates for end users, and working in a support role – need to be able to assess the problem or issue and work toward a resolution.
3.) Experience working in a creative design environment
4.) Communication skills and exposure to managing client relationships – also dealing with business partners
