Role Purpose
To support a Channel Marketing Manager within the Retail Sales & Marketing Division in various group processes and general marketing activities. The role is based in Reading.


Key Accountabilities
• Support an experienced Channel Marketing Manager in their core responsibility of delivering rounded and effective marketing plans that drive sales of products with their retail accounts
• Manage the production, delivery and installation of all created materials for agreed products, and support nominated CMM retailers while ensuring a high level of partner satisfaction by delivering all activities within agreed time lines and to planManage partner communications involving branded assets: box shots, videos, logos and guidelines that service retail channel / PR requirements e.g uploading assets to FTP sites
• Updating weekly tracking documents capturing the teams marketing activities and resulting sales results
• Co-manage the field team monthly briefing process
• Collate field team feedback and proactively drive action plans across the division to address issues highlighted
• Completing product sales sheets / catalogue placement forms
• Provide interested parties with regular updates on press activity on agreed product sets
• Conduct website audits to agreed rhythm;
• Highlight and share gaps and incorrect asset usage;
• Liaise with partner under supervision of CMM to develop the best site possible with the latest content

Key Success Criteria
• POS created as required
• POS requirements collated at partner level and distribution managed
• Marketing plan decks created for agreed products
• Decks updated with proof of execution for all agreed activity – photos, press ads, online snips, etc
• Compliance reports provided and interpreted for supported retailers
• Regular press activity reports maintained, run and distributed
• Tactical field team questions and topics for cycle discussed and agreed with CMMs and Sales
• Consistent feedback collated from field teams and distributed amongst broader team
• Reviews of partner websites conducted with the result that all information is correct

Good team player, strong communicator, ability to prioritise effectively and work to tight deadlines
