This contract role is tasked with reaching out to prospective and current sellers by social media and email campaigns about bringing in more selection (products) into the program.

The sellers will not be high end or enterprise sellers.

The role is somewhat of a combination between sales/marketing/planning.

The team manages small/light products that ship for $10 or less. They want to bring in more products and do so in creative ways.

Team is very collaborative. This contractor will work with cross functional teams including sales/marketing.

Excel skills are a must - pivot tables/vlookups

SQL and Mandarin language skills are a plus (nice to have)

They're looking for a smart, enthusiastic, hard-working, and customer focused candidate to join the fulfillment team as a Business Development Manager supporting the growth of the businesses.

This role will work with small and medium business Sellers on expanding selection in US. The goal is to efficiently and effectively increase our selection by leveraging existing and building new Seller relationships.

Responsibilities include:
Develop and manage sales pipeline for small and medium business to secure deals that will exceed aggressive account acquisition and output goals through innovative and targeted email and social media Campaigns. Identify and build relationship with Sellers of prospective and existing accounts and presenting compelling FBA solutions that meet and exceed customer requirements, designing scalable campaign innovations from inception to execution in a highly evolving environment ensuring the ongoing success of Sellers. Work closely with internal teams to understand Selection inputs and customer opportunities and identify new business opportunities / new selections.

Basic Qualifications:
5+ years of successful enterprise class sales experience, preferably in the eCommerce, on-line advertising, retail technology, or Saas software industries. Or equivalent
Demonstrated success in exceeding targets using a consultative, solutions-focused approach.
Ability to work with a variety of cross functional teams.
Experience working with nascent products/services in new markets is strongly desired.
Candidates must have superior written communication and presentation skills, an ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment.
A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Demonstrated prior successes in exceeding targets.

Preferred Qualifications:
Low ASP Selection, Vendor Management or Buyer experience
Global business expansion experience or equivalent
Experience with complex sales cycles
