Our Client is looking for an detail oriented, organized and resolution focused Associate Merchandising Operations Manager who will be responsible for monitoring and tracking of multiple projects in various stages of development, ensuring information accuracy. This role will be responsible for making sure deadlines are met, proofing metadata, and providing accurate and timely results. The role is located in New York City. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced high growth environment and hunger to provide the up most standard in data integrity is essential.

The ideal candidate would have a knack for finding discrepancies and has proven copy editing skills. This person is resourceful and organized. They are results driven and recognizes a sense of urgency when there is a time commitment to be met.

Our environment is fast-paced and requires someone who is a self-starter, flexible, data centric, analytical, has a sense of humor and is comfortable multi-tasking and working with many teams, brands, and management.

The successful Merchandising Operations Manager must be able to:
- Be able to coordinate cross-functional teams, and communicate with internal and external parties, while meeting tight deadlines.
- Incredibly organized with demonstrated ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
- Exhibits healthy and productive influencing ability. Gains the respect and confidence of others. Builds constructive and effective relationships. Influences others and sells ideas.
- Ability to think both strategically and tactically with good attention to detail.
- Proven analytical skills and highly numerate (strong Excel skills required).
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects - prioritization, planning and task oriented
- Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong writing and speaking skills

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- Experience using Excel to analyze a business, including experience with macros and pivot tables
- Experience coordinating projects across functional teams, including technical, engineering, marketing, design and merchandizing teams

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SQL queries
- Proven analytical and quantitative skills
- Strong leader with excellent verbal and written interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results
- Both technically deep and business savvy enough to interface with all levels and disciplines within the organization
- Demonstrated ability to solve problems and translate customer needs into business and product requirements
- High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
- Composed, poised and professional demeanor
- Willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job done
