Manage all aspects of online product management and merchandising presentation, including: gathering assets, product set up, product landing pages, product categorization, in season management of merchandising presentation, and merchandising assortment optimization
Ensure that the appropriate processes are in place at all times for effective web content management for product copy, images, video, etc. for eCommerce and other online sales
Ensure accuracy of data to meet legal and QA requirements across online channels
Work with the eCommerce Sr. Manager and product planner to develop and ongoing assortment plans; implement online product strategies to achieve sales, inventory turn and gross margin goals, in line with market and consumer trends, competition and customer demands.
Understands, tracks and provides merchandising direction based on industry trends / competitive analysis
Assist eCommerce Sr. Manager in analyzing business performance to drive growth. This includes creating reports, analyzing sales data and making appropriate recommendations based on data analysis
Coordinate with eCommerce product planner to generate and review sales reports that will identify product trends and opportunities in key categories
Work closely with eCommerce and marketing teams to plan seasonal marketing features based on key brand initiatives, seasonality, forecasts, selling trends, and available inventory.
Develop and implement merchandising strategies to support key marketing communications such as email, online, and social media campaigns
Collaborate with the product planning manager and assist in providing recommendations and support to forecast traffic, conversion, demand, etc
Partner with internal analytics teams to leverage learnings and evolve strategies to improve on-site metrics including conversion rate, abandonment rate, and AOV
Work closely with internal experts and third party vendors to identify and troubleshoot problems, and identify and execute against enhancement opportunities
Work with eCommerce team & CRM manager to ensure appropriate support is in place for corporate wide campaign support
Partner with internal IT team to constantly monitor and optimize internal content management systems.
