2 - Visual Instructional Designers - Articulate & Adobe Suite Required

The eLearning Developers will support the learning and developmental goals of the organization by designing and developing interactive and engaging online eLearning training courses and solutions. The developer will utilize their expertise in instructional design, project management and technology (Articulate Studio + Adobe Creative suite) to deliver high-quality courseware.

The Developer will follow the ADDIE model, demonstrate principles of adult learning and display knowledge of latest eLearning design principles and practices. The professional will oversee each project from conception to final delivery. Exceptional client management skills are a must.

Requirements
• Instructional design background, familiar with ADDIE model
• Ability to produce relevant learning objectives and assess for them
• Ability to design graphics/interactions that reinforce/illustrate concepts and engage learners
• Writing is grammatically correct and free of typographical errors
• Must be able to create content that is consistent with company communication standards
• Ability to align look and feel of courseware with company branding standards
• Knowledge of copyright laws, rules and regulations
• Experienced in preparing storyboards, design documents and project timelines
• Experienced in running curriculum review meetings
• Proven ability to complete deliverables on time
• Tech-savvy, advanced technical ability
• Mastery of eLearning development tools - Articulate Studio 2013 and Adobe Creative Suite
• High level proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to analyze and resolve technical issues with courseware
• Knowledge of SCORM (preferred)
• Previous experience loading courses into Learning Management System (LMS), preferred

Additional Requirements
• Bachelors degree in related field
• Minimum of 2 years in eLearning development
• Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
• Writing sample and Articulate Course sample/portfolio
• Demonstrated attention to detail
• Demonstrated visual acuity
• An interest in multimedia, passion for training
