Our client is looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to work onsite in North Andover for a year long assignment.


  • Drive overall global operations vision and operational strategies, continuously looking for opportunities for improvement that will add value to the overall organization
  • Translate the global operations strategies into key initiatives and work streams across all relevant functions and provide leadership and guidance, ensuring strategies are executed
  • Lead all global operations related activities for brand and segments, ensuring alignment of effort and resources with priorities – GTM, planning, time lines, process, investment, tools and performance analysis
  • Systematically cultivate and maintain long-term, collaborative relationship with key stakeholders across the organization to achieve mutual goals


  • Drive the long term segment strategies throughout seasonal development beginning to end, optimizing workflow, resources, and cross-functional alignment to win with the consumer
