The Global Digital Assets team will ensure compliance and visibility of the mechanism used to ensure the brand's digital assets are safeguarded. This role will work with Global Brand, regional, and cross-functional teams to manage the tool, communicate updates, and provide a point of contact for all matters related to asset sensitivity. The role will also ensure and communicate asset availability at the designated date.
First Look Calendar
This role will work with Global Brand Teams (GBT) to ensure completion and updates of the First Look Calendars (FLC). The roll will work with regional teams to identify pre-sell and launch dates that can be cross-referenced with the FLC dates to ensure alignment. If dates are not aligned, the role will consult GBT to obtain approval, ensure the FLC is updated, and communicate the approval to the region. This will allow assets to be requested and made available in a manageable timeline. Communication by the role will be the key resource to confirm alignment, approvals, and asset availability before content is supplied to markets.
This role will partner with the Global Exclusives Team to identify all seasonal exclusive products and create one consolidated list to ensure assets are requested and made available in a manageable timeline for markets.
Prep-Packaging (FFP/SIOC) for eCommerce
This role will partner with U.S. eCommerce Team to identify all products being developed as Frustration Free Packaging (FFP) or Ship in Own Container (SIOC), and create one consolidated list to ensure assets are requested, approved, and made available in a manageable timeline for markets.
