The client allowed the studio manager to take on other initiatives within the organization typically only reserved for full-time staff. The studio manager has also revised the staffing model, allowing for additional contract hiring to take place, while still turning a profit. Ultimately, the studio manager was hired directly by the client and still leads the team today.
