We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Equity Compensation Analyst to join our client’s dynamic team as a key contributor in their financial operations. This will be a 5-month remote engagement. This is an incredible opportunity to directly influence the financial well-being of a world-class enterprise, ensuring precision and strategic alignment in critical compensation programs. You will play a vital role in maintaining operational continuity and supporting strategic initiatives, making a tangible impact on the organization’s success. As a pivotal member of the team, you will be instrumental in supporting the operational execution of compensation programs. Your contributions will ensure seamless financial processes, maintain data integrity, and foster strong collaboration across various financial functions.
Responsibilities ​
- Providing essential support to fill operational gaps within the team, ensuring continuous workflow and project progress.
- Collaborating closely with a direct team of colleagues, as well as cross-functional partners in financial reporting, compliance, tax, and payroll.
- Leveraging strong analytical capabilities to process and interpret complex financial data.
- Contributing to a highly collaborative environment, working towards shared goals and operational excellence.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 2-4 years of experience specifically in equity compensation.
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly advanced Excel skills.
- Strong analytical abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- A highly collaborative mindset, eager to work effectively within diverse teams.
- A quick learner who can adapt to new processes and systems rapidly.
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision.
- A data-oriented approach to problem-solving and task execution.
- A degree is preferred, but not a strict requirement for this role.
- CEP certification is preferred, but not required.
- Experience with financial or HR information systems is a nice-to-have.
- Familiarity with specialized equity management systems is a nice-to-have.
- Prior experience working with major equity vendors is a nice-to-have.
- Experience working with integrations and troubleshooting integration issues within relevant financial or HR systems is a nice-to-have.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $39.00 to $43.33 per hour. Compensation is based on several factors, including but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location
