As a Package Designer, you will be instrumental in developing packaging concepts and graphics that elevate brand image and capture the essence of each product. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you’ll transform ideas into tangible designs, ensuring seamless execution from concept to production. Your keen eye for detail and passion for design will be essential in crafting packaging that is both visually stunning and functionally sound.
 

What You’ll Do:

• Create diverse design concepts and graphics, primarily focused on packaging, to enhance brand presence.
• Maintain the highest standards of quality, technical proficiency, and aesthetic appeal in all design work.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and seamless project execution.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Maintain meticulous attention to design details and uphold rigorous quality control throughout the production process.

Must-Haves:

• 3-5 years of experience as a designer within the beauty, fragrance, or fashion industry.
• A demonstrable passion for fashion and beauty design, coupled with exceptional production skills.
• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• A solid understanding of the packaging production process.
• Self-motivated work ethic and the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $47.14 to $52.38 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
