As a Demand Planner, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of product availability, ensuring that consumers have access to the latest and greatest offerings. Your expertise will directly impact the company’s supply chain, influencing key decisions related to inventory, purchasing, production, and sourcing. As a Demand Planner, you will develop and manage demand forecasts, ensuring data integrity and continuous improvement in forecast accuracy. You will deliver insightful analyses, driving operational enhancements based on your findings. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, coordinating seasonal bookings analysis and deliverables.
Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage demand forecasts utilized by Supply, Inventory, Purchasing, Production, and Sourcing teams.
  • Oversee planning processes to meet multi-season calendar timelines.
  • Ensure data integrity and continuously improve forecast accuracy.
  • Deliver insightful demand analyses and drive operational metric improvements.
  • Support quarterly demand review activities (data and visuals).
  • Maintain monthly forecasts with actuals.
  • Create and maintain promotional forecasts.
  • Coordinate bookings review process, including analysis, presentations, and system updates.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a Forecasting-related discipline.
  • Three years of relevant work experience. (Three additional years of experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree).
  • Strong information-seeking skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Detail-oriented and self-motivated, with strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a diverse team environment.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • Experience with advanced planning systems (e.g., SAP/APO, SSAS).

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $40.79 to $45.33 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
