The Digital Events & Marketing Operations Manager will lead the planning and execution of investor calls/webinars, email marketing campaigns, and website updates. This role includes organizing and hosting 20 investor calls per quarter on Zoom, crafting and sending email invitations, updating our website, confirming speakers, managing follow-up communications, and other marketing activity. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in digital event management, excel in organizational and communication skills, demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, and thrive in a fast-paced environment while multitasking effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Digital Event Management: Coordinate approximately 20 investor calls per quarter and additional webinars on Zoom. Ensure seamless execution by collaborating with internal partners and leveraging technical tools for effective delivery. Set up and manage webinar platforms and conferencing tools. Ensure all technical aspects of events run smoothly. Professionally host events by being on video to introduce sessions and manage Q&A. Note there will be early morning and late-night calls to accommodate different global audiences each quarter.
  • Email Marketing: Develop and manage targeted email campaigns to engage investors, using Salesforce Marketing Cloud for personalization and performance analysis. Work with creative teams to ensure email content aligns with brand standards.
  • Web Content Management: Regularly update the investor portal (InvestorFlow) and company website (Adobe Experience Manager) to maintain current and accurate information. Collaborate with design and content teams to refresh visuals and text, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
  • Technical Oversight: Manage webinar platforms and conferencing tools, ensuring smooth technical operation. Professionally handle video introductions and Q&A sessions during calls.
  • Communication and Follow-Up: Serve as the primary contact for event and campaign planning, addressing inquiries, and providing essential information. Distribute post-event summaries and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Maintain detailed records of investor interactions and event attendance. Provide timely recordings and regular reports on engagement metrics.
  • Content Collaboration: Work with senior management and marketing teams to develop materials for investor communications including call presentation materials, agendas, talking points, emails, and web pages.
  • Compliance: Ensure all communications and materials adhere to regulatory and company standards with necessary compliance approvals.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3 years of experience in virtual event management; proficient in webinar tools, specifically Zoom (or similar platforms On24, WebEx, GoToWebinar).
  • Flexibility to manage early morning and late-night calls for global audiences.
  • 2 years of experience with email delivery platforms, ideally Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • 2 years of experience with web platforms, preferably Adobe Experience Manager preferred.
  • Strong organizational, project management and multitasking skills.
  • Knowledge of investment management and investor relations is a plus.
  • Highly self-motivated, proactive, and able to work without constant supervision.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Capable of working independently and collaboratively.
  • Customer service oriented with a professional and engaging communication style.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $41.75 to $46.39 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
