The Digital Marketing Project Manager will work closely with marketing leads to develop promotional resources for HCP customers and the enhancement of an external Sales Portal. This individual will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders such as account teams, communications, legal/medical and vendors/agencies in the development, approval and on-going maintenance of promotional resources and our portal.
This position is responsible for but not limited to the following:
• Responsible for mastering front-end functionality and user interface of Portal
• Responsible for the development of promotion and communications materials aligned with segment strategy and within regulatory & policy Partner with the strategy leads, account teams and assigned agencies to ensure resources and messaging meet business objectives
• Coach multiple teams on requirements and standards for resources
• Lead all promotion review activities for assigned resources, including preparing, annotating and routing job according to Promotional Standards
• Participate in all development meetings as well as concept reviews
• Manage development and approvals through Promotion Review processes
• Work and manage agendas with med legal and regulatory teams in the approval of materials for all assigned brands, including leading discussions with review partners
• Manage all Agency partners in order to achieve successful marketing promotion & communication plans
• Interface with point Account Executives through appropriate channels in order to obtain feedback and insight into segment resources and communications
• Provide project management planning and support for Segment Strategy team as needed
• Participate in annual planning activities
• Ensure all activities are in full compliance with appropriate regulations and company policies
• Support day-to-day Operations of the Portal, including UAT
Qualifications:
• BA/BS Degree or other advanced degree highly preferred
• Strong knowledge of Veeva Vault Promomats and Promotional Review Processes and standards; Merck Veeva Vault Promomats knowledge preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Sales, Marketing and / or Operations related field
• Experience working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
• Ability to manage high volume of workstreams simultaneously
• Ability to work in a nebulous environment without extensive coaching or direction
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated attention to detail
• Strong collaboration skills and proficient in building strong relationships; working in a team environment with multiple stakeholders
• Demonstrates leadership behaviors and maintains alignment to Merck compliance goals and policies
• Experience with sales, marketing or promotion development within pharmaceutical industry preferred
• Experience tracking / monitoring budgets a plus
• Experience with vendor management preferred
• Agile Experience Preferred
• JIRA Experience Preferred
