Digital Project Manager

This position is fully remote. CST hours prefered. 4 Month contract with the possibilty of extension.

The responsibility of a Project Manager is to facilitate, coordinate and manage marketing communications projects. The successful candidate must possess detailed knowledge of project management processes, have creative problem-solving skills, be detail-oriented, assertive, possess excellent organization skills, and be self-directed. Additionally, this candidate must be able to build and maintain productive working relationships with key partners both internal and external to the business. This candidate must be able to drive projects to completion both on time and on budget.

This person will be responsible for:

  • Project manages small to medium sized projects that support clients’ marketing plans and business goals as assigned by Program Manager and/or the Director of Communications Project Management
  • Project manage content development & handoff between internal partners
  • Coordinates, directs and monitors work from internal Centers of Excellence for the projects managed.
  • Resource planning to right size the resources for execution of available content
  • Produces project documentation as necessary including Communication Plan, Meeting Minutes, risk logs, weekly status reports
  • Develops project timelines and estimates (or confirms existing estimates) and manages to them in order to deliver all projects on time and on budget
  • Be the main point of contact for both business partners and 3rd party design team for content development
  • Maintains a close and supportive working relationship with Account Managers and Centers of Excellence
  • Stays current on developments in the industries serviced, as well as developments in communications and marketing across all communications channels
  • Tracks project hours and expenditures using reports against budget (weekly)
  • Identify and organize batches of content for hand off to design team
  • Utilizes departmental project tracking system to enter project plans, resource allocation plans, project budget information and any other information as requested by Director of Communications Project Management
  • Prepares weekly status reports for all projects managed
  • Track and review quality of deliverables
  • Organize hand-offs of batches of items to execute content and hand offs of completed deliverables to content entry
  • Identify problems with process and escalate were needed

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $40-$44 Per Hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location. Additional benefits offered may include; medical health insurance and dental insurance, life insurance, and eligibility to participate in 401k plan with company match.
