This position can be hybrid in Kohler, WI or Remote – expectation to work 40 hrs/week, being online between 9am CST and 5pm CST.

Copywriter – Hospitality and Real Estate
In this role, you’ll work on our client’s world-class hospitality brands, including hotels, restaurants, golf courses, spas and more. You’ll write compelling, on- brand copy for a variety of mediums—including emails, organic social, paid media campaigns, e-newsletters, flyers, brochures, billboards, posters, social ads, invitations, golf print ads and more. We’re looking for self-starters who can work quickly under tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Writing engaging copy tailored to a luxury audience
  • Ensuring that all content is on-brand, with a consistent style, quality, and tone of voice
  • Creating high-quality content with little supervision and minimum revisions
  • Ensuring that brand and messaging guidelines are followed
  • Conducting independent research and consulting with subject matter experts to create and tweak your copy
  • Keeping an eye on the latest trends in the hospitality industry and implementing the best copywriting practices.


  • 3+ years of copywriting experience, luxury brand experince desired
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, English, Journalism, or a related field preferred
  • Superior command of the English language
  • Excellent writing, self-editing, and research skills
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
  • Team player who thrives in a high growth environment
  • Ability to flex across multiple brands quickly
  • Ability to write with a bit of cheekiness and warmth, while staying elevated and luxe
  • Understanding of social media and digital specs/headline lengths etc
  • Previous experience with a luxury brand, hospitality brand, or with other directly related content required

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $43-44.66 / hr. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
