Technical Writer

Overview

This position is Hybird. You must be able to go into the Sunnyvale office 2x a week.

Looking for a Technical Writer who will be writing, updating, improving, and maintaining internal documentation about the internal software technology used to power conversational AI applications. They will translate technical information into clear, concise, and effective documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences and integrate graphics and illustrations to improve the quality and usability of the documentation. They will work with both data scientists and platform engineers to create documentation on the underlying technology.

Experience:

• 2+ years of experience writing technical documentation on UI as well as platform
• Understanding of how  APIs and platforms work as well as GenAl tech
• Experience with Confluence
• Experience with Github

The target hiring compensation range for this role is the equivalent of $35.09 to $38.99 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
