For this assignment with Aquent’s client, we are seeking a Content Traffic Specialist to oversee campaigns & activation flighting, tracking, and coordination, and contribute to the shaping and briefing of global editorial activations. Your passion for process, efficiency, organization and detail-orientation will ensure our campaigns are live to schedule and all ongoing refreshes meet all deadlines.
Core Responsibilities
• Assist in helping shape briefs with our global teams prepping Editorial proposals for an Intake and activation process
• Help manage our music content roadmap building work back schedules for complex and high volume campaigns
• Track and communicate timing of launches and phases via thorough documentation and by managing x-functional calls
• Help develop and maintain a repository of strategy playbooks and presentations for ongoing reference & use
• Work with the cross-functional teams to develop and define capacity and timelines for all key projects
Key Qualifications
• 5+ years experience in editorial campaign planning & production or a similar role
• Experience onboarding and maintaining trackers and calendars for marketing or editorial workflows and developing creative briefs
• Core understanding of music digital platforms and experience working on content-related project production
• Outstanding attention to detail
• Problem-solver: the ability to anticipate and troubleshoot issues amidst the workflow
• High degree of ownership and accountability
• Passion for music, pop culture and the digital entertainment landscape
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and remain focused while juggling multiple tasks, opinion and perspectives
• Proven interpersonal skills with emphasis on building productive and positive relationships
The target hiring compensation range for this role is the equivalent of $42 to $47 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
