Job Description:
One of our financial clients is in need of a senior UX designer. As Sr. Experience Designer, you’ll work on a multidisciplinary Agile team to deliver a best-in-class, human-centered Client Portal experience. Your role will be to analyze, map, and design the most intuitive, uniquely branded experience for our institutional investment customers, to be built out on the Salesforce Experience Cloud platform. You should be able to envision and own the end-to end journey as well as the detailed outcomes. You will have a deep understanding of experience architecture and ideally, some experience in the asset management or fintech space. The ability to build rapport and manage the expectations of internal affiliate stakeholders is important for this role. You will also be working closely with developers and should have past experience forging close tech partnerships that resulted in successful product deliveries.
Main responsibilities:
- Familiarize yourself with all relevant discovery pre-work on Portal project that occurred across 2021-2022
- Attend (and possibly help to facilitate) workshops and other discovery sessions, acting as key UX resource for any planned UX-related activities
- Partner with journey mapping team, developers, marketing and product stakeholders
- Working in Adobe XD, with a good understanding of Salesforce constraints and the capabilities of Salesforce Experience Cloud, create and rapidly iterate interactive prototypes in accordance with task, scenario and journey
- Organize, prepare and help to present design work to stakeholders, and capture feedback
- Put forward options and ideas for design improvements with marketing and product managers
- Communicate with detailed data and research-backed decisions wherever possible
- Engage and align with the greater Customer Experience Design team (reporting line outside of PGIM)
Required Skills:
- Design for Salesforce/Lightning Design System (design for SF Experience Cloud greatly preferred)
- 6+ years in a Product Design, UX or equivalent design role
- Working on an Agile team

Requirements:
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $64.80-$74.77 Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
