This candidate possesses expert understanding of marketing and eCommerce analytics, measurement, storytelling and strategic insight. She or he works cross-functionally and collaboratively, partnering with data teams/vendors and analytic integration and assessment across data sources.

Key roles and responsibilities include:

-Work alongside the eCommerce Lead to review data insights and visualization efforts (dashboard) which will provide comprehensive eCommerce metrics and serve as a tool for the lead and stakeholders.

-Focus on the customer journey, utlize Adobe Analytics, have an understanding of testing software A/B, and recommending site engines.

-Review insights on why customers are leaving the shopping cart with product that is not purchased.

-Project management, possessing strong organization and communication skills. Strong attention to detail. 

-Drive continuous improvements and optimization through testing, measurement and analysis.

Qualifications include:
• 3+ years’ experience with digital performance analytics/research, focused on eCommerce is required
• 2+ years’ experience with project management and/or collaborative projects
• Experience understanding of marketing analytics, strategic insights, storytelling, data sharing and optimization
• Experience in utilizing Power BI as a tool is a plus
• Partnerships with data/agency and/or vendor experience is preferred. 
• Demonstrated thought-leadership in developing data-based strategic and tactical recommendations
• Strong presentation and problem-solving skills

Technical Skills
• Knowledge of Adobe Analytics and various other tracking services, their methodologies and applications.
• Proficiency with online and offline data

This is a hybrid position. Candidates must be local and willing to work in the metro Detroit area 2-3 days per week. 

The target hiring compensation range for this role is the equivalent of 80k-110K per year. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location. Additional benefits offered may include; medical health insurance and dental insurance, life insurance, and eligibility to participate in 401k plan with company match.
