Job Description:
Position Summary
The Marketing Analytics Specialist will create and enhance Domo dashboards and reports to enable measurement and analysis of B2B Marketing effectiveness.
This individual will understand the key performance indicators (KPIs) for B2B Marketing, including content development and use; campaign deployment and engagement; pipeline progression; RFx performance, and sales enablement program metrics. They will build dashboards that visualize performance against KPIs, automate reports for key stakeholders, and participate in analysis of data. They will bring analytical thinking, familiarity with analytic tools, good judgment re working independently or asking for guidance, and the ability to communicate with a cross-section of stakeholders (technical, marketers and leaders).
Roles and Responsibilities
- Improve and add to existing set of dashboards to meet the business needs
- Process, cleanse and verify the integrity of data used for analysis
- Provide monthly reporting of campaign performance and trend analysis
- Work with Marketing Technology and Business Transformation colleagues to migrate dashboards to a new instance of Salesforce without disruption
- Document governance and processes in line with Marketing Ops policies
Skill Requirements/Preferences
- At least four years of relevant experience
- Advanced Excel/Google sheets skills including pivots, vlookups, ability to build complex formulas
- Familiarity w/Microsoft Office, Word and Teams
- Experience working with Salesforce.com preferred
- Experience with analytics tool, preferably Domo
Education Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in relevant field, e.g., Business, Finance, Marketing
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $50.00 to $55/hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location. Additional benefits offered may include; medical health insurance and dental insurance, life insurance, and eligibility to participate in 401k plan with company match.
