This position is available for people who can work on EST zone hours only. Can be remote or go into the office in NY.
This is a mid level position
An energy company is looking for a Scrum Master to join their Customer Energy Solutions team. This role will support their customer facing digital products around the company's energy efficiency and clean energy goals. This role will focus on product operations and will work closely with Product Owners, business stakeholder SMEs, Business Analysts and development to run Agile sprints and ceremonies and managing product prioritization timelines.
Role Requirements:
-Lead 2 week agile sprints
-Responsible for Azure Dev Ops cleanliness
-Conduct ceremonies including backlog grooming, sprint demos, sprint planning, prioritization
-Needs to be able to communicate well with Business and Development
-Azure Dev Ops experience needed
-Scrum experience in a customer experience/product environment is ideal.
-MUST HAVE Agile experience
-SAFe Agile experience a plus
-Salesforce experience a plus
You must be flexible and able to work with processes that are not super rigid as this is a newly formed department.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $55 to $75. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location. If applicable add additional language: Additional benefits offered may include; medical health insurance and dental insurance, life insurance, and eligibility to participate in 401k plan with company match (if applicable)
