Job Description:
Our client is looking for a Digital Pharmacy Program Manager to join us in transforming healthcare. In this role, the individual will be highly skilled on the success for our Digital portfolio/programs/products by managing and communicating key information to stakeholders, coordinating across cross-functional teams, removing any impediments, and delivering on roadmap objectives. This individual will also have vast expertise in leading/adapting to unexpected changes and knows how to embrace ongoing changes, even in later stages of development or delivery.
Program Management:
- Identifies and manages all stakeholders who need to be informed or consulted for program-level releases, progress, and/or key updates.
- Ensures cross-functional teams have everything they need to succeed while also taking point to remove any impediments.
- Develops executive-level presentations through business storytelling and visualization to communicate complex-agile processes in a clear, easy to understand update.
- Creates and maintains work backlogs to ensure timely notice, due dates, and reviews are scheduled in advance for all stakeholders/program teams involved.
- Works cross-functionally to develop program roadmaps, ADO organization, business cases, communications, and other ad-hoc artifacts.
- Continually ensures alignment and information is shared across stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and business partners by proactively utilizing different communication channels and optimizing effectiveness within a remote setting.
- Identifies and articulates the short and long-term impacts of decisions/recommendations in the digital program including providing supporting data, research, and discovery outcomes.
- Ability to lead and drive change across diverse teams.
Portfolio/Program Operations:
- In direct reporting within the Digital Pharmacy Product – Portfolio team, work with broader team to ensure the successful operation of portfolio management including ideating support, creating/testing new processes, alignment to other digital programs/overall portfolio, and execution support to routinely improve efficiency and standardization.
- Support cross-functionally through ad-hoc projects/requests by working with Digital Pharmacy leadership and throughout the broader team(s) to execute on high-priority needs often under tight deadlines.
Required Qualifications:
- 6-8 years of industry experience within large healthcare or product-driven digital organizations.
- Significant Experience with technology and digital product teams utilizing and operating in an agile framework/lifecycle (SAFe).
- Experience in program delivery, release coordination, and portfolio management. Ability to deliver results in a short period of time by adapting to unexpected changes and knows how to embrace those changes, even in later stages of development
- Experience with communications and strong relationship building across matrixed, cross-functional teams ranging from junior-level employees to senior executives.
- Experience communicating and collaborating through a remote setting / tool; Advanced skills in Microsoft Office 365 Suite (SharePoint, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, Power Platform etc.) preferred.
- Self-starter and learner who can use independent judgment to and works under minimal supervision with multiple stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications in SAFe Lean Portfolio Management (LPM), Leading SAFe, SAFe Agilist (SA), and/or Product Management/Product Owner (POPM).
The target hiring compensation range for this role is the equivalent of $51.09 to $56.77 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
