Position: Associate Producer, Client Experience

Your role:

The Associate Producer role is responsible for implementation, execution, and management

of digital product launches, marketing content campaigns, and production projects. Your technical abilities allow you to build a top of class font-end experience. Key business partners include Merchandising , Marketing, Product Management, Project Management, Delivery Management, IT, Creative, and Client Experience. This role will report to the Producer.

 

 Responsible for the on-time, on-strategy, high-quality digital execution of marketing campaigns, SKU launches, and ongoing site experience management using multiple content management systems simultaneously like PIM, Contentful, BCC/ATG.

 Provide support for the digital production team on content development projects related to a variety of executional site needs

 Use a variety of tools to power the front-end experience and partner with Producers to optimize

experiences

 Maintain understanding of site standards, functionality, and available resources to quickly diagnose best course of action for project execution – partner closely with Dev Team & Project Management to resolve issues and assist in building new functionality

 Works with cross-functional teams to mitigate issues related to delivery and escalates critical issues to relevant stakeholders. Provides input to Producers on the development of alternative solutions

 Responsible for clear communication across cross-functional teams to ensure that all stakeholders are updated on project milestones, decisions, status, and delivery

 Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve technical issues with digital content and/or product set up

 Manage production approval process with cross-functional teams as necessary

 Manage other projects as needed

 QA site content and/or product launches daily and provide signoff for content release

 

We’re excited about you if you have:

 2 - 4 years of eCommerce experience in website operations

 Knowledge and experience with content management systems

 Familiarity with tracking software such as JIRA

 Detail-oriented with high degree of accuracy

 Ability to multi-task, managing multiple projects, people, and initiatives in a fast-paced environment

 Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

 Mastery of Microsoft Office and workflow processes

 Basic HTML knowledge

 Understanding of digital landscape and consumer mindset

 Passionate about eCommerce space

 

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $50 to $55/hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location. Additional benefits offered may include; medical health insurance and dental insurance, life insurance, and eligibility to participate in 401k plan with company match.
