Job Description:

This is a remittance provider which allows consumers to transfer money, pay bills, and reload mobile phones abroad. We are actively seeking a Marketing Director to own and manage all paid media marketing for the brand.You will own to the holistic go-to-market strategy and drive our paid media strategy, execution, and optimization. You’ll have the opportunity to work with cross-functional teams within the organization to drive growth and gain brand exposure across the markets we serve. This role is expected to lead paid media strategy with the help of execution via our media agency partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive cross-functional influence between Marketing, Product, Analytics, Privacy, Compliance, Legal, and Creative to successfully expand and grow the business
  • Develop briefs, communication plans and creative tactics/executions, coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors and agencies to ensure activation plans, execution timelines, and deliverables are clear and stay on-track
  • Work with our media agency to steer ongoing optimizations, working hands-on in our marketing tech stack and analytics dashboards to hit our overarching product adoption and ROI goals
  • Ground your marketing plans in data, leading the charge in summarizing what’s working and not working and proactively diving into further analyses in order to amplify the impact of marketing

Requirements:

  • 12+ years’ experience in Marketing or a similar field
  • Experience building growth marketing programs for both new user acquisition and engagement marketing ultimately leading to impactful business outcomes
  • A deep sense of ownership, and accountability in owning the end-to-end outcome of a marketing program
  • Sharp analytical skills, with an ability to manage multiple experiments while quickly drawing meaningful insights to tell a story
  • Lead the measurement and optimization of all paid media marketing effort with experience quantifying incremental impact of marketing to the business
  • Have owned and successfully deployed a multi-million dollar marketing budget
  • Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills, with experience tailoring your approach to audiences across functions and seniority levels 
  • Ability to work within tight deadlines, adjust to changes in priorities and balance short-term needs with long-term strategic initiatives Marketing Director with a strong sense of urgency and solution focused attitude. 

The target hiring compensation range for this role is the equivalent of $68.99 - $111.99 hourly. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location. Additional benefits offered may include; medical health insurance and dental insurance, life insurance, and eligibility to participate in 401k plan with company match.
