We are looking for a dynamic and organized Associate Producer with a passion for game development. The Associate Producer is responsible for coordinating one or more multidisciplinary teams composed of artists, designers, and technical artists and working directly with their Sr. Producer to drive features to completion. A key component of this role is to coordinate the critical dependencies between the groups and solve issues. As part of the Production team, you will be expected to help create and foster a collaborative, healthy, and high performing work environment. The Associate Producer will assist in the creation of production roadmaps based on backlogs and partner with product owners to establish sprint and milestone goals. They will execute against this plan by coordinating with their respective teams, communicating status, blockers and risks, following up on deliverables and ensuring the team has everything they need to succeed.

Candidate Requirements

• Excellent organization, communication, and presentation skills

• 1+ year Project Management or Production experience, ideally on console products

• Production experience with a variety of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall etc.)

• A good understanding of the game development cycle with an understanding of the creative process and its impact on business needs

• Experience with JIRA, Hansoft or other project management software is a plus

• Degrees or certifications required - Art-related degree or comparable professional experience

The target hiring compensation range for this role is the equivalent of $44.06 to $48.96 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
