Web CMS Team Lead

The team is looking for an experienced Web CMS Team Lead with 6+ years of experience in content management and web updates with a deep knowledge of Sitecore 10 CMS.
This position requires cross-business collaboration with an eye for details and process management. Additionally, this position collaborates with other communicators, developers, and designers to deliver digital creative solutions.
The ideal candidate for this role will be confident and highly skilled in coordinating multiple content developments and overseeing updates. They will possess excellent organizational, interpersonal and customer service skills for both a corporate and agency environment. They will provide expert guidance and strategic counsel to the customer, including content goals, planning, development & execution.
The ideal candidate will lead by example.
Core responsibilities of the position include:
•Create a superior customer experience focused on identifying, prioritizing, shaping, complex enterprise initiatives in partnership with the businesses, functions and/or programs.
•Work independently as trusted advisor for key consumers to support their long-term strategy and visions.
•Translate company goals and consumer needs into powerful, engaging content.
•Be able to apply digital best practices to drive operational efficiencies.
•Work with internal and external counterparts to facilitate timeliness, relevance and visibility of web content.
•Incorporate user experience principles and customer-first mindset into web content, navigation and design.
•Oversee the creation and maintenance of various internal/external sites using Sitecore 10CMS including delegating to the team – and to yourself.
•Lead documentation of SOPs for the web team.
•Experience in multi-site, multi-language, global site management.
Requirements
•5+ years (CMS) content management experience in a large corporate enterprise including familiarity with information architecture and web asset management.
•3+ years for Sitecore Experience including version 10.
•Expertise in creating web content that utilizes best practices in search engine optimization (SEO).
•BS/BA degree or an equivalent combination of education and/or years of experience.
•Demonstrated ability to delegate and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
•Multi-task between customer engagement, team leadership and project ownership.
•Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills.
•Basic digital design skills using the Adobe Photoshop.
•Superior knowledge in HTML and CSS
•Fluency in UX best practices, web development, and analytics is a significant plus

Salary Range: $90,000 - $104,000
The range provided is our reasonable estimate of the compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities.
