We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist for one of our valued clients in the Education sector. The candidate needs to be HYBRID ONSITE at the client's Springdale Rd. location. 

The Digital Marketing Specialist will create and publish marketing and sales campaigns across multiple platforms for a variety of projects primarily focused on educational events, products, and professional learning. Objectives include building and engaging a following on multiple platforms and driving revenue for the assigned department of ESC Region 13 and various internal and external project clients.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree preferred
8+ years working with multifaceted and complex organizational brands, goals, and strategies
Thorough experience creating engaging email marketing campaigns ranging from awareness to sales
Thorough experience managing paid digital marketing campaigns (social media, Google Ads, etc.) and creating and analyzing reports using digital or social marketing data
Experience following brand and writing style guides to create and repurpose content for multi-channel use
Adept at working on simultaneous projects at different stages
Thorough knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO), including on-page SEO and best practices
Adept at prioritizing between various tasks and projects.
Comprehensive understanding of social media engagement practices; competency with social media platforms, and how brands are engaging audiences on social channels
Strong communication and presentation skills, including the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner
A proven track record of delivering successful marketing campaigns

Preferred Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, & Education/ Certificates)

Experience effectively utilizing artificial intelligence tools to generate content
Working knowledge of HTML / CSS and can edit basic web pages
Experience using rapid-design platforms for quick iteration of marketing assets
Experience with voice search optimization best practices

Major Job Responsibilities:
Lead development and execution of marketing and sales campaigns
Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior
Identify target audiences and create targeted marketing campaigns
Manage and measure campaign effectiveness
Work with cross-functional teams and collaborating with other departments to create measurable marketing campaigns
Educate about best-practices in marketing and communications
Develop and write copy for web, email campaigns, etc.
Design and manage components of events and campaigns, including onsite communication, social and email marketing strategy, marketing materials and collateral, etc.
Create and manage social media content and an editorial calendar mapping to a digital marketing strategy for departments
Use analytics and other metrics to monitor, evaluate and share interactivity and reporting data to inform digital marketing strategy and campaign stats on a regular basis
Contribute to creating a content marketing style guide for projects
Ensures content maintains company or client brand guidelines
Adapts legacy/evergreen content to current brand guidelines
Execute on marketing strategy through paid search and paid social channels
Optimize campaigns through rigorous testing with a focus on improving efficiency
Develop project schedules, track project progress, and create internal and external status updates
Works closely with rest of the Marketing Team to ensure fidelity of messaging and cohesion of strategy
Work with in-house design and production teams to ideate for visual concepts, photos, multimedia, and illustrations as needed
Research education market, trends, and topics to understand what’s important to the client (messaging) and the client’s audience (solutions)
Provide outstanding customer service to all ESC Region 13 clients; look for opportunities to add value
Works well as a part of a team and can collaborate to ensure the best results are achieved.
Strategize various aspects of content to drive leads, subscribers, awareness, and other metrics.
Building long-term marketing plans for products, services, etc.
Develop marketing funnels to drive leads for assigned programs
Tracking on-page SEO efforts and making adjustments based on data and company goals
Serve as a representative of ESC Region 13, displaying courtesy, tact, consideration, and discretion in all interactions with other members of the educational community and with the public
Perform other duties as assigned

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $30-34.00/hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location. Additional benefits offered may include; medical health insurance and dental insurance, life insurance, and eligibility to participate in 401k plan with company match.
