Job Description:

Our beauty client is looking for a candidate with great oral and written communication skills and is able to engage with their online community. He or she should be a real people person with great customer service skills and the ability to moderate online (and possible offline) conversations with our community.

Responsibilities include:
 Post, monitor, and engage with the community on Matrix’s Instagram
 Write captions and develop community responses,
 Source UGC, manage reviews, and ensure delivery in a timely
 Monitor & report on channel performance
 Support Digital Leads on additional social media related requests including but not limited to: channel
management process and workflows, channel & post innovation, creative input, and support on launch

 1-2 years in a social media focused role
 Excellent verbal communication skills and writing skills
 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
 Self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit
 Passionate about social media with an eye for trends
 Willing to work nights and weekends as needed
 Strong attention to detail

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $30 to $35/hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.  Additional benefits offered may include; medical health insurance and dental insurance, life insurance, and eligibility to participate in 401k plan with company match.
