Supply chain specialists ensure that every year billions of footwear, apparel and equipment arrive at the right destination on time. The sophisticated process involves more than 50 distribution centers, a network of thousands of accounts, and more than 100,000 retail stores around the world. As a member of the 3PL team you will constantly push for ways to make the company's supply chain faster, more efficient, and more responsive to the company's always-changing consumer needs.

Ideal Candidate:
As a key member of the Transportation team you are responsible for executing the tactical operational strategy that will deliver a premium experience to our customers across our fulfillment experience, including warehousing, order fulfillment, and delivery services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordination of day-to-day operations for all areas of our 3PL outsourced deconsolidation centers and fulfillemnt centers, including inbound inventory receipt and storage, outbound order processing, liquidation, re-work etc.
- Reviewing daily reports to ensure delivery against key performance goals and highlight any potential inaccuracies or SLA deviations.
- Work with the business teams to provide daily forecasting to set volume expectations for staff/shift planning at our 3PL outsourced facilities.
- Researching and driving resolution across teams for all operational exceptions including root cause analyses.
- Partner with suppliers to ensure they are performing to KPIs and proper scope of work.
- Coordinating the activities for stock transfers.
- Driving the monthly inventory reconciliation process and aid in the research of inaccuracies to ensure all systems are aligned between our Outsourced 3PL Facilities.
- Executing all inbound and outbound time sensitive orders including: promo orders, launch styles, at-once orders, etc.
- Participate in the planning and execution of peak period (Holiday, Back to School, etc) strategies.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in fulfillment or supply chain, managing in a 3PL environment preferred
- Undergraduate degree in business, international business, supply chain or economics
- Clear and timely communication
- Sense of urgency and ability to shift priorities fluidly
- Be a collaborative leader that promotes a positive teamwork environment
- Strong analytical and data management experience.
- Expertise with OMS, WMS, SAP, Excel, Knowledge of Analytical Tools an assett
- Experience working cross-functionally
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $35-40/HR. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location. Additional benefits offered may include; medical health insurance and dental insurance, life insurance, and eligibility to participate in 401k plan.
