Job Description:

As a Technical Solutions Consultant, you will be the technical point of contact for our clients and internal stakeholders. You will become an expert on our commerce solutions, consult with clients on best practices and resolve any technical issues that come your way. You will also help build tools, automate services and operations, and support internal and external education on Company commerce solutions. Technical Solutions Consultants are curious by nature, comfortable working in ambiguous situations, and love coming up with creative solutions to client needs.


  • Build technical knowledge and expertise in this company's commerce and advertisement products
  • Provide consultative guidance to sales teams and external clients on commerce best practices, particularly on commerce and advertising setups.
  • Troubleshoot and prioritize technical issues related to online shop setup, catalogs, feeds, orders and 3rd party feeds & integrations. Escalate to specialists when appropriate for further troubleshooting or debugging.
  • Effectively communicate technical resolutions, workarounds, and product confusions to the sales and account teams.
  • Facilitate a high-end customer experience related to support for bugs and ensure all support SLAs are met.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize and automate workflows and support processes.


  • BA/BS in Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or related degree
  • 2+ years of experience with Commerce integrations, Digital Advertising and/or Technology industries
  • Experience with troubleshooting and ticket escalation
  • Experience translating technical concepts and solutions to non-technical audiences
  • Familiarity with e-commerce concepts such as order management systems, product description pages, catalog/feed integrations, promotions/discounts, shipping profiles, etc.
  • Familiarity/Experience of using advertising technologies such as pixels, ad servers, auctions and delivery
  • Familiarity/Experience working with web technologies including, but not limited to: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, HTTP, Restful APIs
  • Familiarity with SQL

The target hiring compensation range for this role is the equivalent of $61.21 to $68.02 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
Additional benefits offered may include; medical health insurance and dental insurance, life insurance, and eligibility to participate in 401k plan with company match.
