Our client is one of the largest financial firms in the United States with over 16,000 financial advisors. Their internal creative agency manages the development and production of print, digital, and multi - media creative work, meetings and events. 

This is an onsite position and you will be required to work onsite at the clients office in SD

. You will report into the Aquent Studios Program Manager. We are seeking a Sr. Video Producer/Editor to work with our team supporting a major financial client. This role will be responsible for producing and editing high quality and highly visible video content including customer stories, narratives, advisor stories and more. They will be part of a team that takes pride in their work and enjoy being creative. 

The role is responsible, and accountable, for producing video content from concept, through production, post production and delivery. The talent needs to have experience in leading production, being able to command a room and manage the deliverable with lots of stakeholders at varying levels involved. 

The Producer/Editor is responsible for applying the client’s established branding guidelines and ensuring completed work meets client quality expectations. The Producer/editor is also responsible for ensuring work is completed within stated timeframes and the agreed-upon project budget. The talent needs to have experience in leading production, being able to command a room and manage the deliverable with lots of stakeholders at varying levels

Utilizing Adobe Creative Cloud, the Producer/editor’s responsibilities will include integration of motion graphics and video footage for video production while maintaining the integrity of the content art, design, and brand. This position will be a part of a larger production team working across multiple locations for a common client. 


• Produce & edit video projects from concept through delivery. 
• Work closely with others on the team to schedule and plan production & editing needs. 
• Plan and build end to end video production & editing schedules. 
• Develop a keen understanding of clients’ visual brands, style guides, target audiences, and communication objectives 
• Review and understand project scopes, objectives, requirements, and budget parameters 
• Proactively inform management about project changes, issues, or concerns, including issues of scope, schedule, process, and quality 
• Track and report time against projects, update project tracking information, and assist as requested, with estimating resources and project costs 
• Help identify and define best practices while managing multiple projects and timelines concurrently, taking ownership of assigned deliverables 
• Accurately review externally supplied files, and set up client files and/or pre-flight newly produced files 
• Resolve project issues effectively and collaboratively with project team 
• Work on special projects or other tasks as assigned by the Account Manager, Project Manager and/or Producer


Compensation Range: $45-$55/hr

The range provided is our reasonable estimate of the compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities and location.

• Ability to learn new software packages as needed 
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or comparable work experience 
• Knowledge of video production & editing best practices 
Expertise in multi media production including film, video, animation, 2D/3D graphics, post production, broadcast, online and interactive. 
• 6+ years of experience in video production & editing and integrating motion graphics 
• Experience with visual storytelling and utilizing multiple different styles of video 
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud specific to Premiere, After Effects, and Media Encoder. Basic understanding of Photoshop and Illustrator. 
• Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
