Our client, a large utility, is looking for a rockstar Digital Strategist to support the Marketing and Communications team by implementing, analyzing, and optimizing digital strategies that increase customer engagement with the products, programs, and services offered by the Customer Strategy & Solutions organization. This role will be responsible for delivering cross-channel marketing strategies for B2B and B2C customer solutions. In collaboration with internal and agency partners, the Digital Strategist will inform content and strategy across paid and owned marketing channels to drive conversions. He/she will work hands-on in Adobe and Google Analytics to extract and leverage campaign and media data and insights to inform and improve the digital marketing experience.   • 4+ years of experience developing & executing digital marketing strategies across paid and owned channels; experience working with data visualization and reporting tools preferred
  • Expertise in digital channel optimization, personalization, segmentation, A/B testing and SEO methodology
  • Experience with paid social platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
  • Experience working with marketing analytics platforms (Adobe and/or Google)
  • Strong knowledge of marketing tags, their technical implementation, and management
  • Ability to work collaboratively and provide strategic recommendations using data and metrics
  • Manage/prioritize multiple projects simultaneously involving internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong presentation, oral and written communication skills
  • 4 year degree preferred in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field
  • Ability to travel in-state and nationally as required


In this role, the Digital Strategist will:

  • Work closely with marketing teammates to create, manage, and optimize a digital marketing strategy, aligned with marketing goals to drive qualified leads
  • Inform multichannel strategies across email, web, mobile, social, display, OOH and SEM
  • Define and track KPIs and campaign performance across our channels
  • Create and execute a digital testing strategy (A/B, Multivariate)
  • Identify new digital marketing tactics and processes to support our customer-first approach
  • Help drive automation throughout our marketing ecosystem
  • Manage workspaces in Adobe Analytics to ensure accurate tracking of campaign performance data

  • Work closely with internal and external partners, including Corporate Communication and Marketing to ensure initiatives are well-coordinated and communicated
  • Collaborate with agency partners to deliver effective digital ad campaigns and SEO improvements
