Job Description:

We are seeking an an SEO Program Manager specialist with 3-5 years of experience using data to optimize large website to perform better in organic search. They should be experienced using Google Search Console, Bing Webmaster Tools, and one of the following (BrightEdge, Conductor, SEMRush, SEO Clarity). They should understand the SEO disciplines of keyword research, technical SEO and page level optimization. A key focus of this role will be using data to create user stories to fix broken links, redirects, schema and other technical issues with an enterprise website. Another key focus is using data to measure SEO success for key content types, primarily in a technical documentation and online learning context. Strong analytical and communication skills are required. The ideal candidate will be able to work with multiple SEO data sources to determine cause and effect relationships between optimizations and business results (increasing traffic, increasing click through rate). Strong Excel skills are mandatory.

Responsibilites

  • Assist with managing the SEO program.
  • Working with partner agencies’ analysis’ and create specifications/business model to ensure any changes can be implemented.

Requirements

  • Years of Experience required – 3-5 years
  • Experience with large websites over 100,00 pages
  • Technical SEO experience
  • SEO Data analysis experience
  • Page level optimization experience

 

The target hiring compensation for this role is $61.03 to $67.81 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location. Additional benefits offered may include: medical health insurance and dental insurance, life insurance, & eligibility to participate in 401k plan with company match.
