Job Description
The Traffic Manager is responsible for the daily engagement of the creative services team workflows between events and initiatives of ESC. The primary focus is the Events Branding System (EBS). This is a core set of deliverables across creative strategy, core creative and animations, style guides, marketing/social BOMs, event website graphics, broadcast graphics, music, and in-person branding. The EBS is used across multiple events a year, including Tier 1 events (Microsoft Build, Microsoft Inspire, MCAPS Start, Microsoft Celebrate, Microsoft Ignite), C-series events (ex CEO Connections) and many more.

The EBS creative goal is to create a consistent brand expression that feels uniquely Microsoft. The EBS operations goal is to create a strong rhythm of business that creates clarity and alignment among the Creative Services team, ESC departments, vendors, stakeholders and executives.

Roles & Responsibilities:
* Inter-department POC and alignment
* Initial point of contact for creative services engagement
* Oversee the engagement of creative services within ESC
* Support liaison and point-of-escalation contact for adjustments to engagement
* Stay on top of workflows between creative, ESC colleagues, vendors, other internal teams

Process and Planning
* Action and build project requests to create timelines and task assignments that efficiently allocate team resources
* Evaluate, flag, and troubleshoot resource conflicts
* Track and report creative services engagement
* Monitor team workflow of assigned duties
* Help, guide, and prioritize creative services with accountability and follow-up on projects
* Review, research, and help to resolve discrepancies
* Contribute to active management of high priority projects as assigned
* Collaborate to ensure alignment on deadlines and project statuses
* Participate in communication requests concerning project statuses and timelines, as-need basis
* Support timely delivery and alignment across ESC departments
* Troubleshoot, through participation in appropriate event and initiative meetings, creative engagement and submit to appropriate creative lead

* Manage EBS agenda items in designated meetings
* Represent creative services EBS engagement, as needed, at the following meetings: Pre-event PCR, Event Stakeholder, ESC planning meetings
* Work with EBS Leads on workflows, policies, and procedures for ESC Creative engagement
* Create and maintain internal documents, as identified

Qualifications for traffic manager
* Must be deadline and goal oriented; flexible
* Must be extremely organized and experienced in managing and allocation creative services resources
* Great communicator with ability to present to stakeholders as easily as sharing feedback with creative teams
* Able to work independently to lead projects as well as complete tasks as assigned by management

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $1200. to $1400./a week. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.  Additional benefits offered may include; medical health insurance and dental insurance, life insurance, and eligibility to participate in 401k plan with company match.
