Job Description:

This person will support an online shopping tools based site, functioning as a Product Manager. They will consult with business leads to set the product roadmap and oversee requirements gathering, solution design, user story writing, feature development, and user acceptance testing for each agile program iteration. In this Agile environment, the PM will hold daily stand-ups, oversee backlog refinement, iteration planning, inspect and adapt, and innovation presentations.

Other responsibilities include: 

  1. Update site roadmap with key features and milestones.

  2. Monitor the progress of the work being addressed through research, tech debt, user stories, and defects.

  3. Review and approve user stories through AzureDevOps(ADO).

  4. Collaborate with other teams including international operations, Finance & Insurance / Taxes & Payment, UI/UX design, metrics/analytics, legal, payment gateway, performance, etc.

  5. Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

  6. Meet with business stakeholders to ensure the product team is aligned and delivering based on business goals and strategy.

Requirements and Qualifications: 
A minimum of 5 years' experience in a Business Analyst, Product or Project Manager or Product Manager role-specifically in website deliverables.

Automotive experience is highly preferred. 

Recognized by senior leaders as influential in achieving fundamental organizational change.

Ability to develop and maintain long-term relationships with strategic customers and industry leaders.

This salaried position is a HYBRID role. Candidates must currently reside in the metro Detroit area. 

The target hiring compensation range for this role is 80,000 to 95,000. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.  Additional benefits offered may include; medical health insurance and dental insurance, life insurance, vacation and holiday pay, and eligibility to participate in 401k plan with company match.
