Job Summary

For this assignment with Aquent's client, we are seeking a Copywriter to develop compelling, brand-driven copy for our digital channels. 

You know how to tell stories that drive engagement, especially on digital channels. You excel at building and maintaining cross-functional relationships. You know how to balance multiple projects with varying degrees of priority from kick-off to publication, and you can do it across multiple channels.

Key Qualifications

  • Excels in Digital Display, Paid Performance, Interactive, Email and Social formats.
  • Proven ability to thrive cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
  • Can work through ambiguity and knows how to obtain information independently.
  • Experience delivering a high volumes of creative deliverables in parallel.
  • Ability to cogently and articulately present and defend creative work.
  • An insatiable love for writing and an incredible eye for detail.
  • Collaborative, team-oriented, and receptive to feedback.


This role supports the Associate Creative Director in developing and improving copy for client services digital media channels. You’ll work both proactively and reactively, supporting long-term projects and goals while also delivering on the day-to-day needs of the business.

More specifically, you’ll:

  • Partner with creative directors, brand teams, creative agencies and other writers on the team to develop effective creative.
  • Write clear, concise and compelling copy for Paid Performance, email, interactive and other ‘always on’ digital channels.
  • Be an advocate for creative excellence in every project you work on.
  • Ensure client standards are upheld and writing is executed in line with the client style.
  • Develop specific style guides for always on copy
  • Be part of a team that develop scalable design systems, templates and tool-kits that strengthen the client brand in digital channels.


Bachelor's degree preferred

The target hiring compensation for this role is $100 to $110 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location. Additional benefits offered may include: medical health insurance and dental insurance, life insurance, & eligibility to participate in 401k plan with company match.
