Job Description:

This is a remote opportunity but preferred location is in the Philadelphia area.

This is a Salaried Consultant position and includes PTO, Subsidized medical/dental benefits and 401k with match.

The Aquent Studios Event project manager will support Contracts and Logistics for Events and assist with Event planning and close-out.

The project manager will participate in the following, but not limited to:
• Meeting and workshop management/execution
• Budget/expense management
• Annual profit planning & project management

-Ability to manage contracts (LOAs)
-Ability to contact and work with stakeholders to review previous year’s LOAs and make necessary adjustments in terms and deliverables
-Ability to gather information about event venues and space designations to manage compliance requirements
-Ability to support Leads with event planning and close out

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Required Experience and Skills – Strong written and verbal communication skills. 
Ability to work well in teams, to influence others and to negotiate effectively. 
Project Management
Pharma Marketing Knowledge preferred
