The Senior Project Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of coordination between Marketing functions to ensure campaigns and marketing assets are delivered on time with high quality. You will develop the process, systems, and tools required to ensure that Marketing is effective and efficient. You’ll coordinate tightly with campaign and program leads and facilitate execution across Marketing and other key stakeholders. You will be responsible for maintaining. building, implementing, and streamlining new creative processes, managing new and existing creative requests, and driving complex creative projects. You will work with internal and external stakeholders to manage the development and use of effective creative briefs to deliver on project goals. You will also work closely with the design team to manage projects and timelines based on bandwidth and ensure there is alignment between creative assets and the creative brief. The right candidate will be highly organized and able to drive consensus across many groups and stakeholders.

Here's what you can expect day-to-day:

Manage the external and internal project brief process and overall project intake
Based on marketing briefs, creates marketing project timelines to specify goals, schedule tasks/milestones, identify risk, develop contingency plans, and plan resources.
Ensure resource availability and allocation, especially within the creative services team and external agencies.
Key voice when process improvements are needed, offers up solutions and spearheads development or refinement of processes that would improve overall Marketing operations, including the development of intake blueprints, request forms, etc.
Understands reasoning behind requested deadlines, prioritizes and makes scheduling suggestions, based on current workloads. Work closely with Marketing leadership team to communicate and prioritize all marketing projects and objectives.
Coordinates and follows up with marketing, the Creative team, functional stakeholders, and Executive Management to ensure timely and successful delivery of projects.
Produces weekly/monthly and adhoc reports to keep all parties informed of project status and related issues.
When a new marketing request is received, confirms all necessary information and details are on hand and establishes a full understanding of the ask.
Execution of a range of creative projects such as print deliverables, digital and print out-of-home advertisement, digital deliverables, and instructional design deliverables, from project intake through delivery.
Plan, coordinate, and direct (independently and with teams) all activities associated with creative projects to ensure both the client and creative teams are supported.
Monitor daily projects and resourcing; actively forecast and report on creative capacity and work with the creative and content production team leads to prevent, address, and/or resolve resourcing issues.
Maintain timelines and quickly pivot when prioritization is needed.
Be able to quickly solve complex problems in a constantly changing, dynamic environment with minimal direction.
Facilitate meetings/presentations with project stakeholders to achieve the desired outcome.
Monitors and tracks project progress through the Project Management tool and adjust as necessary to the project schedule and costs.
This position is a good fit for someone with the following qualifications and skills:

Bachelor’s degree or higher with at least six years of experience in creative project management, creative operations, and/or marketing operations.
Experience as a self-aware and empathetic leader with the ability to successfully coach people and teams. Manage team motivation/health/stress, deliver feedback, collaborate with others, and manage work and client relationships.
Experience with process improvement by proactively spearheading or facilitating the successful implementation of initiatives and solutions to optimize production deliverables and production systems/methodology.
Detail-oriented, extremely organized, and can adapt quickly to changing priorities.
Collaborative nature to work well with multiple creative and digital teams.
Excellent people skills to interact with and lead creatives, colleagues, clients, and cross-functional teams.
Experience with project management tools, such as Workfront, Smartsheet, is a plus.
Experience in creative project management withing an agency setting, design studio, production company, or related field is a plus.
